Jenna Miller joined Levin & Perconti as a law clerk in April 2017 and was hired as an associate attorney in November 2018. She graduated cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law in May 2018.
As a law student, Jenna was a recipient of the merit-based College of Law Scholarship and was editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law, Technology and Policy. Jenna also clerked for a law firm in Urbana, Ill., where she conducted legal research and drafted memoranda on various issues of law.
As a law clerk for Levin & Perconti, Jenna worked on a record-breaking trial in July 2017 by drafting direct and cross examinations, reviewing several depositions for impeachment purposes, and researching and drafting motions in limine and trial briefs. She continued to work primarily on trial projects during her time as a clerk.

She also volunteered for the Louisiana Center for Children’s Rights where she was able to gain insight into advocacy for child welfare.
With her past experience of working with and advocating for families and children in medical crisis, Jenna set her sights in pursuing a career in personal injury and medical malpractice law to help lend a voice to those who otherwise might not have access to justice.
Jenna grew up in Oxford, Connecticut. She earned her B.S., magna cum laude, in Business Administration & Management at Marist College. In her spare time, Jenna enjoys spending time with friends and volunteering for charitable organizations.
