Jenna Miller joined Levin & Perconti as a law clerk in April 2017 and was hired as an associate attorney in November 2018, focusing her practice on medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, birth injury, and other personal injury cases.
Jenna attended the University of Illinois College of Law on a full-tuition merit scholarship and graduated cum laude in May 2018. As a law student, she was editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law, Technology & Policy and served as a teaching assistant for an undergraduate law class. Jenna also clerked for a law firm in Urbana, Ill., where she conducted legal research and drafted memoranda on various issues of law.
As a law clerk for Levin & Perconti, Jenna worked on a record-breaking trial in July 2017, which involved nursing home medication mismanagement. Jenna assisted by drafting direct and cross examinations, collecting deposition testimony for impeachment, and researching and drafting motions and trial briefs. She continued to work primarily on trial projects during her time as a clerk.
Jenna has always had a passion for advocating for those in crisis. For five consecutive years, she served as the executive director of Connecticut Kids Walk for Kids with Cancer, a branch of a non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds and awareness for pediatric oncology research. Jenna further transformed her passion for advocacy into action by volunteering for organizations including the Friends of Jimmy Miller Foundation, and the Louisiana Center for Children’s Rights. With her experience, Jenna set her sights in pursuing a career on personal injury and medical malpractice law to help lend a voice to those who otherwise might not have access to justice.
Jenna grew up in Oxford, Connecticut. She earned her B.S., magna cum laude, in Business Administration & Management with a pre-law concentration at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York. In her spare time, Jenna enjoys spending time with friends and volunteering for charitable organizations.
