We are thrilled to announce that attorney Paul Connery has been named partner at Levin & Perconti.
Since joining the firm in 2020, Paul Connery has brought a rare combination of sharp legal acumen, deep empathy for his clients, and an unrelenting pursuit of justice. His work has led to life-changing outcomes for families harmed by nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, and negligence, including numerous six- and seven-figure settlements.
Before advocating for injured clients, Paul served as a prosecutor with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, where he tried cases and argued appeals, including three before the First District Appellate Court. He later transitioned to civil defense, litigating complex toxic tort and products liability claims. That experience on both sides of the courtroom gives Paul a unique strategic advantage and a clear sense of what it takes to win.
Since making the shift to plaintiff’s work, Paul has delivered justice for clients in and out of the courtroom. His recent victories include a $2 million settlement for a woman who suffered a pressure injury in an Illinois hospital, $750,000 for a victim of nursing home neglect, and $700,000 for a resident who sustained a traumatic brain injury in a wheelchair fall.
