Levin & Perconti was founded on a shared passion for justice and a commitment to our clients.
In 1992, Steven Levin and John Perconti, along with Steven’s sister Susan Novosad, joined forces to create a legal team. Steven, a seasoned lawyer since 1976, envisioned a firm with a close-knit feel, fostering a family atmosphere amongst colleagues. This vision has remained a cornerstone of Levin & Perconti to this day.
John J. Perconti, a pre-med student turned legal powerhouse, brought his knowledge of medicine to the table. Together, Steve and John’s complementary expertise proved to be a powerful force.
Today, Levin & Perconti consists of over 30 attorneys, all dedicated to securing the best possible outcome for each client.
Steve and John’s combined legal experience spans over 70 years. Throughout their careers, they’ve championed record-breaking cases and left a positive impact on their colleagues’ lives. Their dedication to mentorship and fostering a supportive environment has been instrumental in shaping the success of Levin & Perconti.
From the start, Levin & Perconti understood the importance of mentoring young lawyers, and their invaluable position in the ever-evolving landscape of personal injury law. Ten years after its founding, Michael F. Bonamarte IV and Margaret P. Battersby Black joined Levin & Perconti. Growing with the firm, in 2014, they were both named partners, and in 2021, managing partners. How Much Does It Cost To Work with Levin & Perconti?

How Long Will It Take to Resolve My Claim and Receive Compensation?

The length of time required for your case will depend on the complexity of your case and how willing the at-fault party is to settle. What Is the Process of a Personal Injury Lawsuit?

After filing suit, your case enters the discovery phase, where each side can request the other’s evidence. You may also be required to attend a deposition, where you testify under oath in the presence of your attorneys and a court reporter. If you cannot reach a settlement, your case goes to trial.
