Negligence and Failures in Care Lead to Resident Complaints and Injuries and Aperion Care Capitol

Placing a loved one in the care of a nursing home or healthcare facility, whether by choice or medical necessity, is never any easy choice. You are putting your trust in others to care for your loved one, tend to their medical and daily life needs, and give them dignity and the respectful treatment they deserve.

The sad truth is, in many nursing homes and health care centers, this isn’t the case. Nursing home negligence and even abuse is a nationwide problem. The high standards of care, clean, cozy spaces, and smiling residents that we see in brochures and advertisements aren’t always reality. In fact, at Levin & Perconti, we regularly see cases that display a much darker, dingy, world where residents have suffered the effects of negligent care and even abuse, where health violations and staff issues are occurring regularly.

We expose these sub-par facilities throughout Illinois and we are holding them accountable for their actions. Read on to learn the facts about Aperion Care Capitol and what you can do;
