As a Client Intake Specialist at Levin & Perconti, Elaine excels in building strong and supportive communication lines with potential clients as she collaborates with her colleagues to investigate all new leads and inquiries efficiently. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs from UCLA with a focus on Labor Studies and Asian American Studies, providing her with a background of legal policy research and analysis.
Elaine specializes in providing clients with professional intake consultations, legal resources, and the first steps of client onboarding to ensure a smooth process for our new cases. She believes the client’s story is the most essential part of any case and works to ensure people feel heard when pursuing action against their injustices.
Outside of work, Elaine enjoys engaging with creative opportunities in her community. She likes to visit Chicago’s film theaters, practice floral arrangements, and explore local art shows.
