Illinois Group Home Case Overview – Largest on Record in Illinois for a CILA Group Home

I’m very proud to announce that Levin Perconti has secured a $45.5 million settlement for our injured client who was in a group or CILA home in Illinois. This is the largest Illinois settlement on record for this kind of case for a CILA group home. Unfortunately for our client, although he now has the resources to go and live with his family, he’s devastatingly injured.

He has a permanent brain injury which has rendered him essentially bedbound. This all occurred because the group home that he was at decided not to hire, not to train, and not to act in accordance with Illinois state laws.
