What is CILA in Illinois?

In Illinois, CILA or CILA facilities are Community Integrated Living Arrangements, and these consist of sometimes residential homes that have eight or fewer adults with developmental disabilities living in the home. They have service providers, aides, nurses, and health care providers who assist to coordinate care and to monitor their conditions.
