What Should Clients Expect During the Initial Consultation for a Medical Malpractice Case?

Our clients should expect to be treated with courtesy. It’s important for our attorneys and for our staff to always remember that we may represent hundreds of people, but for the client that’s calling, this is their one and only case. And if they’re calling us, they feel that they have been profoundly impacted by somebody else’s wrong. One of the most important things that I think attorneys have to keep in mind is that we are in the customer service business, but it’s different in the sense that we’re dealing with people that have gone through something tragic. It’s one of the worst experiences in their life, and they’re calling us for help. And frankly, that’s one of the things that inspires me every single day.
