Jack Terran

Jack Terran joined Levin & Perconti as a law clerk in September 2018 and was hired as an associate attorney in November 2019 after graduating from The John Marshall Law School. In this role, Jack handles all aspects of case settlement to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.

While in law school, Jack served as a law clerk at John Marshall’s Fair Housing Legal Center & Clinic where he conducted research, drafted documents and assisted clients, including people with disabilities, in obtaining fair housing, filing complaints with several different agencies including the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Illinois Department of Human Rights and the Citizens Commission on Human Rights.

As a law clerk for Levin & Perconti, Jack assisted senior attorneys in preparing for depositions and trials, conducting research and drafting legal memorandum in matters related to personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect cases.

Before joining Levin & Perconti, Jack was a law clerk for a personal injury law firm in Chicago, where he primarily concentrated on workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, premises liability, and products liability cases. He analyzed medical records for presentations before the Illinois Workers Compensation Commission, in addition to interviewing new clients, drafting and filing subpoenas, motions, letters of demand and settlement contracts.

An Oak Park native, Jack enjoys cooking, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.
