Families Deserve Lawyers Who Understand Birth Injury Medicine

One of the goals that I try to achieve when I teach and lecture, and I’ve also lectured 50, 60, 70, 80 times, we’ve probably taught and educated as many as 4 or 500 lawyers all over the country.
We teach them how to interpret electronic fetal monitoring.
We teach them the medicine.
We expose junk Science, we get into the details of articles and literature that were written, and that are often cited by the defense, and we try to teach them why these articles are unreliable and how to impeach experts who cite them and rely on them.
So when you ask me about junk science, I’ve made it an important mission of my professional life as a child advocate to expose junk science not only for me in my efforts to represent my clients, but I also want other lawyers to be able to effectively represent their clients.
I would like to see every innocent victim of medical malpractice, every brain damaged child, have an opportunity to present his or her.
Case in a courtroom appropriately so that the family can take care of a brain damaged child.
