Danielle Downey graduated from DePaul University College of Law in May 2020, and began working at Levin & Perconti in 2021. During her tenure at DePaul, she earned the prestigious public interest fellowship award and CALI awards in multiple of her classes including Litigation Strategies.

Danielle is a dedicated attorney with a passion for fighting for the rights of underrepresented groups in Illinois. She handles all types of personal injury, nursing home, wrongful death, and medical malpractice including birth injury, plastic surgery, and failure to diagnose cases. With her educational background in psychology and social work from the Illinois Urbana-Champaign, she recognizes the importance of being there for her clients every step of the way.
