Danielle graduated from DePaul University College of Law as a Dean’s Merit Scholar and Public Interest Law Fellow. During law school, Danielle served on the executive board of the American Constitutional Society, volunteered for the Chicago Appleseed Fund for Justice and the Wills for Heroes Program, working with Chicago’s first responders and elderly populations to ensure that they received needed legal services.
During law school, Danielle also worked for the Chicago Public Defender’s Office in the appellate division, conducting research, drafting documents, and advocating for clients who were imprisoned.
Danielle also was accepted into the DePaul’s Litigation Lab, where she worked with Chicago area attorneys on their cases, strengthening theories of liability, researching questions of law, and theorizing how juries might react to their cases during trial.
During Danielle’s final year in law school, she was accepted into the Third Year in Practice Program, in which Danielle was able to work full time at Levin & Perconti, in addition to her studies, to strengthen her litigation, research, and legal writing skills for class credit, while still maintaining her honor roll status.
Danielle has strong ties to Illinois, as she grew up in the western suburbs, attended University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign for her undergraduate studies and then moved to Chicago for law school. With her undergraduate degrees in psychology and social work, Danielle understands the power of advocacy, as she often worked with underserved communities and populations at risk for abuse and neglect. During her undergraduate years, Danielle worked with the Urbana-Champaign public school students, teaching them about their bodily autonomy and their right to be safe from harm. Danielle will continue to advocate for her clients through her legal career.
In her free time, Danielle enjoys attending concerts and spending time with her family and friends.

During that time, my family and I suffered the loss of my mother. Mr. Levin and Mr. Peconti were more than just our lawyers. Words can’t really express our gratitude. My family and I will always be grateful for the compassion that they showed us. I want to thank you for what you did for my family, and for always being there for us.
Margaret’s representation, guidance, and professionalism gave us the sense that we could put our trust in Levin & Perconti and the final outcome proved that to be true.
Not only were they so professional but also so caring and thoughtful. It was very difficult going over the facts in our mother's case but they were so compassionate and understanding and allowed us to be with them every step of the way. We were able to sit in on the depositions and we were really able to see how hard they worked on our behalf.

They were most patient and responded timely to many questions throughout the entire process. All demonstrated professionalism and extensive knowledge of case and state laws. Their in-depth investigative work uncovered details which were unknown to us and yet sadly confirmed our suspicions. We would recommend the Levin and Perconti Law firm and especially this team.
