Julia Martin is an associate attorney at Levin & Perconti. Before joining the firm, Julia worked as a law clerk at a Chicago law firm that specializes in representing children who were abused while in foster care. Martin has also worked on cases involving clerical sexual abuse of minors, and nursing home litigation.

That experience prompted Martin to pursue personal injury and medical malpractice law where she can advocate for underrepresented groups and help victims.

Martin attended Chicago-Kent College of Law and received a certificate in Public Interest Law in addition to her J.D, graduating in 2021. She grew up in a large Irish family in Oak Lawn and attended Mother McAuley High School where she participated in cross country running and track and taught Irish dancing. Martin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2015. In her free time, she enjoys distance running, drawing, and watching reality TV. She currently lives in Oak Park.

Martin is a member of the ISBA and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
