Victoria Lesak concentrates on all types of serious injury, medical malpractice, nursing home, and wrongful death litigation.

Lesak joined Levin & Perconti as a law clerk in 2020 and was hired as an associate attorney in 2022. As a law clerk, Victoria drafted legal documents that included complaints, mediation submissions, demand letters, and briefs. She frequently communicated with clients regarding their cases and also assisted in answering discovery.

Before joining the firm, Victoria worked as a law clerk intern for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in Maywood, Illinois. While there, she assisted during preliminary hearings and Bond Court by preparing data and documentation for upcoming cases. She also assisted in evidence preparation for a criminal trial.

Lesak is a recent graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law where she was on the Dean’s List for four consecutive semesters.In 2021, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy.

As an Arlington Heights native, Victoria attended Saint Ferdinand Polish School and grew up in a Bilingual household speaking both English and Polish. Victoria especially looks forward to using her fluency in Polish to better serve the legal needs of the Chicago area Polish communities.

In her spare time, Victoria enjoys travelling, exercising, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
